This Privacy Policy explains how SimpleSOP collects and uses your personal information. The data controller is: SimpleSOP (UK Limited Company), Email: privacy@simplesop.app. We collect your name (optional), email address, job role, usage data (via Google Analytics), and technical data such as browser, IP address, and device type. We do not store or process card/payment details at this time.
We use your information to operate and improve the Service, manage the waitlist and contact you about access, send product updates and onboarding information, understand product interest and website usage, and comply with legal obligations. We will not sell your personal data. Legal basis under UK GDPR: Consent (joining waitlist, marketing emails), Legitimate interests (analytics, improving the Service), and Contract (providing access). You may withdraw consent at any time.
Google Analytics, Data Retention & Your Rights
We use Google Analytics to understand general usage of the website. IP addresses may be processed and data is pseudonymised where possible. You can opt out using browser tools or cookie preferences.
We retain waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or we delete them, and analytics data according to Google’s standard retention settings. We periodically review and delete data that is no longer needed.

International Transfers, Security & Updates
Data may be processed outside the UK by cloud providers. Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses). We use reasonable technical and organisational security measures, but no system is completely secure.
