SimpleSOP is a software service operated by a UK limited company. We provide tools to help users create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating any generated output before relying on it.

2. Eligibility & Account Security
You must be at least 18 years old and, where applicable, have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of a business.
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
Your account may be suspended if there are security concerns.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, disrupt its operation, upload illegal or harmful content, use the Service for spam or unlawful activity, or attempt to access other users’ data.
Failure to comply may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
We own the software, brand, and website content of SimpleSOP. You own the SOPs and documents you create via the Service.
No license or right is granted to you except as expressly allowed by these Terms.
5. Waitlist, Beta Access & Paid Plans
If you join the waitlist or beta programme, access is not guaranteed, features may change, and access may be withdrawn at any time.
When paid plans launch, pricing will be displayed prior to purchase. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds follow UK consumer law.
Features and terms are subject to change before full launch.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or suitability for any legal or regulatory use.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profits, data, or indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing excludes liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Changes & Jurisdiction
We may update these Terms periodically and will post updated versions on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
